This is Celframe's Export Compliance. It is a list of commodities, technology, and software with each respective Export Control Classification Number (ECCN), Adjusted Peak Performance (APP) in Weighted Teraflops (WT), and applicable license exception as per the Export Administration Regulations. All information is strictly a recommendation to the user, and should be used in conjunction with the Export Administration Regulations when classifying Celframe’s commodities, technology and software for export purposes. Celframe makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of the classifications listed in its Product. Any use of such classifications by the user, is without recourse to Celframe and is at the users’ own risk.
